All orders over $35 qualify for free shipping at Tisberry Home! Orders under $35 are subject to shipping charges dependent on item's shipping weight. 

Most in stock orders ship within 2 - 3 business days. Exclusions apply for certain items, including oversized or items shipped via freight. Please allow 1 - 5 business days after ship date for delivery. Items shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping days. 

Returns

Tisberry Home offers a standard 30 day return policy. Any request for replacement parts, returns, exchanges for refund must be received within 30 days from shipment date. 

In the event of returns due to buyer error, the buyer is solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
